Leaving The City, the new Sweetbriars book has been on sale a little over a month (the paperback even less). Since then I have been working hard to get more book reviews.
The recent reviews, two of which were from other authors, were just amazing! First was the wonderful review I received from children's author Deanie Humphrys-Dunne which you can find here. In return I read Deanie's 'Life at Sweetbrier' book... what a special, touching and inspirational story (my 'Life at Sweetbrier' book review is here). In writing Sweetbriars, I am writing about my dream childhood and Deanie lived this... well apart from her physical challenges which she overcame with courage and determination. Then I asked Susan Marie Molloy if she would like to review Leaving The City after finding her blog. She agreed and not long after, she sent me the most lovely, complimentary review here. Then to cap off this blog post, I found out that Leaving The City is an Amazon best seller in equestrian books!
